The Emerging Leaders Initiative is an intensive executive-level series intended to accelerate the growth of high-potential small businesses in America’s underserved cities. This comprehensive curriculum, developed by the SBA, provides the tools to catapult small businesses to the next level. Recruited by the SBA, Rapier Solutions joined the Emerging Leaders Initiative April 2015. Over the course of seven months, Rapier executives worked with experienced mentors, attended specialized workshops and developed connections with their peers, city leaders, and the financial community to engage in focused development and operational excellence. Rapier graduated the SBA Emerging Leader Program November 2015 to incorporate advanced delivery approach of services, customer prioritization, and executive level client management tools to better serve our clients. Rapier Solutions, Incorporated many of the SBA Emerging Leaders Initiatives tools into our Service Delivery Approach, known as the Rapier Delivery Method (RDM).
