Since 2002, Rapier has provided Administrative, Logistics and Management Support to Government agencies. Our personnel have included Grief Counseling, Support Coordinators, Financial Counseling, DEERS/CAC administration, Logistics Planning, Mailroom Support, Asset Management, Invoicing, Auditing, and Program management.  We have provide Administrative Support across geographically dispersed locations both CONUS and OCONUS.  As a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business, Rapier has a strong commitment to soldiers and their families.

For the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Rapier provided Business Process Reengineering and Program Management support and Business Support Services including Program Management, Asset Management, Database Management; Invoicing; Auditing; Monitoring; Tracking; and Billing, brand strategy, project need analysis, outreach and coordination.

Rapier successfully provided the U.S. Army’s Survivor Outreach Services Program, support across 20 locations of the United States and the American Samoan Islands. Rapier provided Employment Assistance; Counseling Support; Information and Referral Support Services; Financial Education Assistance; Advocacy Support; Casualty Assistance Officer Support; Case Management; Crisis response and intervention Support; and community and military outreach.

Rapier Solutions provides management, human resource, and quality-controlled personnel that provide accountability, control, verification, and issuance of military identification (ID) cards and CAC Cards for active-duty military, reserve and National Guard members, military retirees, family members/dependents, and other eligible recipients across 31 USAR locations CONUS & OCONUS.
