Rapier will ensure service delivery based on individual needs. Rapier will be the “One-Stop” service provider for survivor families.

We work with the following entities to provide support for social and financial needs:

  • Affiliated Agencies
  • Army Casualty and Mortuary Affairs CMAOC Fact Sheet
  • Army Cemeteries
  • Army National Guard Survivor Services

We will also ensure that Surviving Families have access to the following information:

  • Army Promotion Policies and Procedures for Posthumous Promotions
  • Authorized Provider Partnership Program (AP3)
  • Basic Allowance for Housing (BAH)
  • Benefits and Entitlements
  • Career Support Programs
