• Must have working understand Microsoft API stack
• Must have JAVA programming experience
• Must have an understanding of database and website connections
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to cleanly separate design logic from semantic structure using CSS
• Ability to make designs cross-browser compatible using standards compliant markup
• Ability to translate designer mockups into working code
• Experience with DOM Scripting, Javascript event handling
• Strong CSS, HTML and Javascript skills
• Ability to control website access using a CAC card

You will focus on web-based:

• Designing
• Developing
• Tests
• Rollout

Requirements:

• Secret Security Clearance
• Minimum 2 year developer experience or
• Associates tech degree or
• Extensive experience with:
  1. NET
  2. SQL
  3. JavaScript
  4. XML
  5. ColdFusion
