Job Description

Requirements are for Tier Level 1 and Level 2 end-user support. The mission is time-critical and serves in an military environment.

This candidate must:

• Have Security Plus
• Have an understanding of military computer support
• Have an active Secret Clearance
• Possess the ability to independently analyze and resolve difficult issues and problems
• The ability to work independently in a Computer Laboratory Environment
• Possess good verbal and written communications skills
• Install, configure, and monitor local area networks, hardware, and software
• Collect, enter, and process information using computers
• Provide customer and network administration services, such as electronic mail accounts, user training, security, virus protection, Common Access Card (CAC) access and troubleshooting
• Use computer programs to solve problems
• Analysis and solve computer programs
• Provide system analysis and maintenance
• Implement procedures to ensure computer and network security
• Support client's military information technology mission

Requirements:

• CISSP
• Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST)
